Having gotten what she said she wanted, Poet was offered the chance to have it continue.

She said no.

Obviously, she really doesn't want what she said she wanted.

What, then, does she want?

It's the age old question. What do women want? (I assume you know the bridge to Hawaii joke.)

But what Poet showed is that in reality she doesn't want what she said she wanted.
