You can get that designation for free on several popular SI threads, aj. Just declare yourself bullish at market tops and every broken support level that follows, and you'll be hailed for your timely bullish calls. The secret is realizing that buying and holding tech stocks is a cult-based alternate reality. As long as your hot tech picks don't go to 0, you'll be hailed as a guru. Even if they hit .0001, your devoted followers will believe in an imminent rally. If they do go to 0, just stop posting for a while. Take a vacation in the woodwork.

But if you so much as hint that the market might just go down, you'll be run out of town. That's the only unforgivable heresy. If you suggest such a thing, you'll be held personally responsible for each and every point the Naz falls.
