Dear CJ: I don't know. I'm not giving up on the announcement being today. Not having any legal background, I have no idea how these things work. I'm wondering, though, if the judge won't make any announcement but will merely transfer his decision to both WW and HWP and let them make the announcement(s) after they read the document.

BTW, I'm sure he's made his decision. It's probably the wording of his verdict that is taking him some time. He knows what he writes is going to be plastered all over the place.
