Is that an annualized yield on MCIT?

Yup, pays out quarterly. They made the last payment alright. I had a friend playing the capture game when it was 36%. I thought it was a dumb way to try to make 60 cents, but she got in and then out when it popped before the record date with the price rise from the capture game only to have it pop an additional 15-20% the following day when they reaffirmed they'd make the payment. I don't have a lot of faith they'll make the next one and a couple months can be a looooong time.

If you ask me I'd rather drive a truck then engage in that kind of speculation, but there's plenty of money to be made in playing chicken with stocks and bonds of companies flirting with BK.

Thanks for the welcome. I always appreciate your input on the real estate thread as well. I've gotten myself kicked off of my former home on the CFZ. I guess I crossed the line of public display of bullishness when I tried to point out the inherent flaw in the way the savings rate was calculated. Its funny when you consider that group thinks all government stats are flawed except for the ones that support their prejudices. (that might actually describe most people)
