They had to dump zoom for less than they paid for it. I would have liked to see them get more than $20k of restricted stock and with $100k of debt left behind.
After 911 the cash flow was never there to support the ZOOM debt. I hope they can become a positive cash flow, small million $ company. I am staying in for now, no where to go really, without a big loss.
