- Tyco dumping is the classic panic sell.

- Notice that none of them give good reasons to sell the stock. They say “too much debt.” But when you’re cash flow positive to the tune of $4+ bill year; easily meeting debt service; why is this too much debt?

- Or Cramer’s spin, that he’s been lied to. Who cares? Would you rather have a Sun or Amazon that’s 100% honest with no profits? Or a nutty CEO generating $4+ bill/yr in free cash flow?
