Doug take a look at the complaint the gata-Nutz folks filed. It reads like a novel.Under the federal rules of pleading(except for certain causes of action) all that is required is notice pleading. There is no need to have the level of specificity in the complaint. Second, there are sovereign immunity issues that may be insurmountable, Further, some of the specific claims that were filed won't survive. they should have filed a much more narrow lawsuit instead of the political novel that was filed. If you want I can go back and re read it and discect it more as i recall there were numerous other problems. Its unfortunate because they were probably onto something significant but like all extremists they overstated their claim and di not need to do so.dsm
