[A]lleging that[...]analysts publicly touted stocks that they privately denigrated[.] LOL. Good heavens, no! [Firm] has agreed to disclose in its research reports any potential conflicts of interest. ROFL! Potential conflicts of interest? All business is, however cleverly marketed, an inherent 'conflict of interest.' It's two or more opposing parties each interested in keeping as much as they possibly can...while giving up as little as possible. To expect - or try and enforce - anything different is disappointingly naive, however charming (or entertaining, specificially where the assumed mantle of 'us vs. them' victimization or detailed conspiracy theories arise) its' expression.
