Seeing the potential for a technical rally.. not sure what to scalp yet. It has to be stocks that have no surprizes and simply have room to bounce when this downside pressure relaxes.. INTC, QCOM, EMLX, PSFT.. some of the biotechs.. stocks whose news isn't.
