tw, the military draft question is largely irrelevant to the left-right axis. It is more on the social conservative - social liberal axis. An authoritarian (i.e., social conservative), to be simplistic, believes your personal will (as opposed to your wealth) to be subservient to the state's will. (This is regardless of wether the state's will is or is not determined by democratic means.)

The left-right (fiscal conservative - fiscal socialist) axis deals with questions of wealth and its redistribution. Look back at the questions and tell me how you answered the money questions (or the questions that implied the spending of tax dollars).

If you are indeed a fiscal conservative and a social liberal, welcome to the club. You qualify as a libertarian. Don't worry, it doesn't hurt once you get used to the idea. It is probably true that a lot of people that call themselves libertarians are more fiscally conservative and more socially liberal than you are, but if you had to pick one of the five categories, which would it be?

BTW, any takers on posting questions for the World's Most Medium Sized Political Quiz?
I'll assume the question about pro-choice v anti-choice will be on there. <g>
