No, you've seen everything that TBred has to offer - paper and vapor, and not much else. There are no fast speed or slow speed TBreds, just some engineering samples, and I agree with you: that is hardly enough for a statistical conclusion. It merely shows that AMD's current TBred steppings are unfit for commercial release due to being slower than their predecessor. If what you say is true about megahertz (and I think there is about 80% truth to your rants - excuse the term, but given enough of your posts, it does seem like a rant), then AMD would be foolish to release any Thoroughbred based CPUs that are clocked slower than their Palomino CPUs. The only problem is that due to manufacturing goals set in place months ago, they may need to hit .13u conversion deadlines before they have Thoroughbred optimized. So we might be seeing a "reintroduction" of current speed Athlons, simply rebranded as lower power versions of their former selves.
