Max: Your point about the Vix's RSI is valid. It shows that, relative to recent readings, the Vix is "overbought." Same thing applies, to a lesser extent to the QQV and VXN. Yet, by looking at absolute numbers of the recent past, one could speculate that this is only the beginning of an intermediate term trend, assuming the character of these three indicators has not been altered during the course of this bear market (bull market <g> ?).
