Dear Tim and all: Well, so long as all these FUNNY NUMBERS are being discussed (true or not) I plan to look solely at cash flow as an indication of value. Seems to TYCO's operating cash flow is high for a company suffering so. I dont know if their is a bonafide reason for this sudden drop in the stock value or not (I am getting to the point where I dont believe anything I read good or bad) but I think once it hits bottom (wherever the hell that is) I will start buying in to average down my cost. All that debt coming due is not too serious IMHO if cash flow is good as I would think they could refinance. jdn
