I'll add my two cents worth in on the rumor mill....I heard the delay was because the BOP stack wasn't big enough:-))gggggg....on a more serious note, deep, foothills wells can also be a "well from hell" from the the cost perspective, when testing and completing. These wells can just as easily be company breakers as company makers. Cost over runs can be a nightmare and when this occurs, the cash calls just keep coming and coming and coming to all those not operating. As OLY is operator, they are in the best position here.
