NORWALK, Conn., Apr 30, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- mPhase Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: XDSL), the leading designer of innovative solutions for the delivery of broadcast digital television and high-speed data solutions over copper wires, today announced that the Company will hold its annual meeting on Wednesday, May 15, 2002.
The meeting will be held at the Company's corporate headquarters at 587 Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk, CT, or via web cast at www.mPhaseTech.com.
The annual meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. EST with demonstrations of the Company's TRAVERSER(TM) DVDDS beginning at 9:30 a.m. EST. mPhase CEO Ronald A. Durando's presentation and question and answer period following the meeting will be broadcast live via the Company's website at www.mPhaseTech.com. Web attendees will hear the audio presentation accompanied by the same slide presentation being used at the meeting, and will be able to participate in the question and answer session.
In addition to providing shareholders with an overview of the Company's FY `01 results, a discussion of current and anticipated corporate developments, including product developments, partnerships and marketing and sales initiatives, will take place.
