This is a relatively young company so revenue growth rates don't reveal much vis-a-vis LAVA's investment attraction. Having said that, it's interesting to note that revenues have grown sequentially for the last 4 quarters, a period of time when most companies in this industry had decreasing revenues. The most recent sequential quarterly revenue growth rate was 17%.

One of the revenue growth metrics that I like to use is a comparison of the current quarter's full year revenues to the preceding quarter's full year revenues. Usually anything above 25% is extraordinary. LAVA's rate was 32% and, again, given the conditions in this industry, that's pretty impressive.

The price/sales ratio is on the high side and there's only been one 13G filing since the company went public. I'd like to see some more 13Gs to go along with a continuation of significant revenue growth.
