Why would a heterosexual or a homosexual or any human knowingly and criminally infect another? What is the matter with these people?

While Janklow's statement is somewhat overstated ("This is no different than pointing a gun at somebody
and pulling the trigger")
, it is nevertheless indicative of the natural abhorrence for such criminal activity.

In this case it appears that shoe size was a poor precursor for behaviour.

If we only knew when someone was about to commit a criminal act...how much finer society would be. We could act preemptively to restrict the necessary freedom and prevent the act. There would be no crime. Wouldn't that be great!
