Newfoundland did nothing to INCO, N took over DFR figuring they could screw Nflder's later like so many have in the past. INCO figured they could just ship all the ore out of Nfld with very little benefit to Nfld since alll secondary processing would be done elsewhere. Just like B.C. doesn't want to ship all their logs to the U.S. unprocessed. Nfld wants some of the processing pie, you obviously don't know much about what is going on with politics in Canada, at least from your statement that's how it appears. Elmer
