CSFB adds the following co's to their Top Pick List: ADBE, AGR.A, APH, IDTI, and UTSI, and deletes JDSU, MCHP, NET, QCOM, and VSH. In addition, firm adds the following co's to their Undervalued Co's List: ADSK, DPMI, SBYN, and VSH, and deletes ACLS, CTXS, UTSI, and VRSN.

CIBC notes that the RBOCs - BLS, SBC, and VZ - are trading at valuations in line with electric utilities compared to an average premium of 35% and peak premium of 100%; does not expect RBOCs will get any cheaper on a relative basis and says valuations present the most compelling entry point in over a decade. |
