Dear Scumbria and Baldie: I guess you two are both saying the same thing, that the UN is not objective. If that is true why do we bother with a UN and its cost and PIA problems? I was hoping the USA could somehow extricate itself from this "broker" situation as neither side appears to have much use for our advise. jdn
