JDN, American military might is the only thing holding the Middle East together. As long as the US makes it 100% clear that they will not tolerate the destruction of Israel, the Arabs will not try. The recent spate of suicide bombings is a new phenomenon, which has brought the region to new lows. Fortunately the leaders of Islam are starting to recognize that blowing up their own children is not going to win very many friends, except in the European press and EU leadership.
