11:10 ET IDNX Identix and Visionics to lay off 20% of workers after merger (7.24 halted) -- Update --
Announces that following the closing of the IDNX-VSNX merger by the end of June, the combined co will lay off 120 employees (20% of combined workforce) and close and consolidate some facilities.
