If we only knew when someone was about to commit a criminal act

In lots of instances, such as with pedophiles, child molesters, or serial rapists, we can be reasonably certain that they will commit additional crimes, except we don't know when or where. This leads to the sticky question of whether society should keep such offenders incarcerated after they have served their time for a particular conviction.

In the case at hand here, it must be an eye-opener to parents to get a glimpse of how sexually promiscuous life on the college campus has become.
