FreeSoftwareClub.com Retires 7.2 Million Shares to Treasury
MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 30, 2002--FreeSoftwareClub.com, Inc. (OTCBB: FSWC - news) announced today the sale of its www.freesoftwareclub.com domain name, Web site and business to two members of management in exchange for the return of 7.2 million shares of FreeSoftwareClub.com common stock to treasury, which will be retired.
The sale of the web site will allow the Company to focus on the business its Ideas and Associates subsidiary. The sale reduces the number of outstanding shares from 61.8 million to 54.6 million shares.
