It seems that the reason for the downturn was not conversion of preferred shares, but the need to handle a 100,000-share sale. Those shares are gone now, and we can look forward.

JR, will you be able to pick up shares quickly if the 3Q numbers show a sustainable profitability and if the firm uses the July 22nd meeting to announce high-level personnel additions and signed contracts?

My guess: a bid price of 5 on May 1, 1998; a price of 14 sometime in 1999; and within a year of that price, a buy-out at 35.
