That is a load of crap. What the Supreme Court did was validate a rule that applies to the tenants of public housing according to the accepted definition, which is subsidized housing for the needy. It is a rule promulgated for those tenants, in those projects, by the competent agencies, and could just as well be rescinded. The authorities which set the rule are not responsible for the Governor's Mansion of the state of Florida nor any rules governing its occupants.......
