CNBC was just saying that WW hasn't decided yet if he will or will not take this case to the Delaware Supreme Court but that the supreme court in Delaware very rarely overturns a decision.
Looks like this is a done deal.
Also per CNBC, HWP intends to begin operating as one with CPQ in the first week of May.
