Yes, I think the other lawsuit was a vain attempt to amplify elements not adequately presented in the first case. However, it looks like a fools' errand coming after the ruling today.

It would be interesting if HWP and CPQ and DB spent some time in countersuits against Mr. Hewlett as the merger proceeds. Might as well keep the lawyers at work trying to recover some of the lost money if not the time wasted in these additional costs.
