Kerry, Actually, I edited that post. I was posting on a couple of threads at the same time and got the post reversed... They could have tied the Canadian rates to the rates Californians pay LOL - I think that's what everyone's worried about...either that, or the rates stay the same and we have to pay in US$ US$ instead of Canadian $...
