Electric City Announces Changes to Management Team
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Ill., April 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Electric City Corporation (Amex: ELC), announced that Brian Kawamura, its President and Chief Operating Officer has resigned to pursue other interests. Mr. Kawamura will also leave his post as a director of the company. Mr. Kawamura will continue to act as a consultant to the Company on a non-exclusive basis for at least the balance of the year.
