No kidding ....

WW doesn't seem to note the difference between presenting a dissenting or contrary point of view on the Board of Directors and undertaking a hostile, adversarial posture. My own opinion is that he isolated himself by his own actions and then assumed an aura of self-righteous assertion. That he should now suggest he is planning to work towards the betterment of the company seems bizarre.

A merger on this scale in such difficult economic circumstances certainly gives plenty of room for different points of view. But the viciousness and rancor that has come from WW was unnecessary to making his point. I wonder what he has in store for Agilent.
