El, in Canadian courts you need a "leave to appeal"...meaning you need permission to appeal. It cannot be appealed on a whim because someone doesn't like the judgement. Legal reasons must be given in order to appeal and if a judge agrees with the legal reasons then permission is granted. Judge Chandler threw out every argument WW presented and WW's lawyers did not prove any of their accusations. SR
