The cash cost of gold production at HGMCY was $176 and they produced 673,107oz this quarter. In order to increase reserves they are acquiring mines. We need $450/oz gold for these companies to invest large capital in exploration. IMO, gold will get to $450 sometime between now and 2006 in order to meet the demand in that year. If there is a new large gold find or the CB's sell all their gold then all bets are off.
