Here's a thought relating to why the dynamic funds may not have caught up yet: we may be effectively in early Feb. What I mean is that if you'll recall we hung around at high Rydex ratios during most of Feb, and it wasn't until we had a rally fail and then we went down into Feb 28 that we got the really highest spikes in the dynamic funds. If we go through something similar here then this rally attempt will fail and we will hang around at high ratios for a while longer.
