Apologies to the thread again as this is off topic. But...

Elmer has his sticky points! As far as I know most of the big mining companies have or had people who risked countries. In my view, China, Cuba, Colombia, Vietnam, Korea and Canada are questionable jurisdictions. Canada is a surprise, yes? The NWT is a total mess. Nunavut hasn't woken up yet and anything can happen there. Quebec is able to nationalize anything at anytime. BC is a First Nations nightmare. Why invest in these places? And Newfoundland just doesn't get it. Give me some evidence to the contrary and I'll shut up, okay.
