If I were them, I would have a long time ago: a very necessary CYA, if you ask me. At this point if I were them I would be at the head of the any action instead of on the sidelines. They may be at risk of being implicated in CH's challenge to make a legal case of it all and if that happens, they are in the lose position either way it goes. IMO
