It is good to see. I still can't figure out why more people don't have this stock listed as a favourite when people talk about what they like on other threads. People have made money as the gold tide has raised even the worst of ships, but this is the only one I would keep (if I had to hold) even if the market turned, because of three things: people, properties and company relationships.
