It's a momentous event but one that is not even mentioned on the front page of MSNBC.COM amongst their tens of headlines.

I hope some serious questions are being asked by "Arab Street" as to why their governments don't take some steps towards democracy. I believe that a similar false impression of extremeism exists in the west about many Arab states where the actions and opinions of the leaders are projected onto the people.
