Hi Jane,

I wasn't aware of that situation. Have you made formal TOU complaints?

I'm under the impression that some TOU offences, like the posting limit, are given less weight (unless the person is spamming) than others. Though now it appears that there is very little that a poster can do which would be met with sanction.

It feels to me like the sheriff has left town and didn't tell anyone. I've been wondering if my experience is unusual or whether others are thinking the same thing.
