SUNW Organizational announcement? Well this is probably a re-statement of their breaking off of their software business. I would expect also to hear news of some consolidation of business units as well as further head count reductions. I do not believe there will be anything radical like a merger or acquisition. Whatever it is, I do believe they will not be stating anything that will hurt the company (more than it has suffered already)but actually make it stronger and more appealing to investors. The pre-market trading doesn't like the uncertainty before the conference call. Like I have said before, SUNW management is not lying back watching their company implode. I believe that they have a brilliant management group who have been planning on how to address this downturn and eventual return to profitability.
