This has been a frustrating investment, just looking at the balance sheet this stock looked attractive since I bought it right at book value and it is trading still below book value. The company was making what looked like good moves when I bought and still is , a restrucuring was just finishing up in January when I came on board and the product line was expanding, since then the networking segment of the market tanked in March-April driving down this stock along with the rest of the networking segment, the larger networkers have recovered and then some, PTON made a small recovery in May but it tanked again in June. I guess the lesson has been to stay with large stocks.
That could change though as many larger stocks are very fully valued and there is some signs of life with PTON, if they can sell this product line and with the marketing hopefully getting better, the break even point lower with the restructuring this year they just might surprise and turn in some profits this year. It is still possible to see this stock jump to the five dollar and above range with a little good news. Maybe even a merger or buyout? Hope for some better times ahead.
