george, I got a form from Holladay Stock Transfer today about the mandatory exchange of stock certificates from IMMM to NAMX. I called my broker and they will get the thing done for me with no trouble or loss of ability to sell. That's my worry. Just a thought, I don't know what the selling situation is while you wait for your knew certificate if you do it yourself? Can you sell before you get your knew cert? What if news comes out while your waiting? The form said that North American Exploration is a Florida Corporation. Good Luck, Bob
