Ed Zander, COO, SUNW resigns effective this summer .... on top of last week's exec resignations ... SUNW seems to be in 'some' trouble in troubling times.

Could be good for HewPaq servers

.... another way-out possibility is that MD could grab Zander (once a high possiblity for replacing CPQ's Eckhard) for an eventual ascendancy to the DELL throne ?

This sector is surely CHANGING .... and my belief is that HewPaq will increase urgencies for others.
