McNealy built the company. He is saying that his personal involvement is important to the return to profitability. Zander is liked by analysts and initially, the news of his departure creates uncertainty. The street hates uncertainty, but I feel that there is a reason for all this. It shows customers that the company is serious about fixing problems and becoming more customer oriented. A change may be good over all.
