24 or 25 is the downside. Dont panic. As I said, Overture is in great shape for the long haul, so if you are really in as an investor (not as purely a daytrader), you will be fine.

Listen in on the conference call. I suspect that might cause a bounce somewhat. When your competition is defending you, you know things are a little too exaggerated: thestreet.com
