yes, i expect it will take a long basing period. already we can see some of the stalwart longs have capitulated. if the downtrend continues, i think margin calls will blow a lot of people out of Nasdaq stocks. i expect more of this will happen and eventually people will come to hate QCOM the stock. that negativity is a fantastic setup for a contrarian. these types of moves are necessary in order for the stock to trade cheap enough to provide the good value i like to see. like they say, the purpose of a bear market is to return stocks to their rightful owners -g-.
