MCI announced that they are having problems getting into local business.Also there was an upgrade on INTERMEDIA again today. This should go to 11 dollars alone based on the value of the infrastructure in place. The only big negative I see is that Winstar's local service is quicker to install but then again it is wireless which American's have never really grabbed ahold of due to security and fuzzy noises.
