I would have thought BC would have been at the top of the
list. Mining was verboeten under the NDP. Under Campbell
there is a possibility that someone might at some time
be able to mine something--if the natives don't exercise
their right to veto anything and everything. I understand
the Supreme Court has just ruled that they have to be
consulted on immigration.
