Yup.. Eventually people will realize that the US population can't afford to pay 4x the world's going rate for drugs and medical services. The public doesnt really realize how bad it is, since most people either have private insurance, or welfare (medicaid, medicare) and pay nothing.

The recipient doesnt pay anything for those expensive drugs, but the taxpayer certainly does.

Socialized medicine exists everywhere else in the world for a reason. Like electricity and water, it's one of those basic necessities that everyone needs and should basically be a govt regulated monopoly at its most basic level.. (rich people can still buy decent health care in canada, for example, but they pay through the roof for it)
