Did anyone catch the 2nd half of Hardball tonight? Dick Armey was in rare form, to say the least. I'm paraphrasing, but he basically said that all of the occupied territories belong to Israel, that the Palestinians should get the hell out, and that their Arab brothers should find a nice piece of land for them elsewhere. He is perfectly content for a Palestinian state, as long as it's elsewhere. I couldn't believe my ears... you should have seen Chis Mathews' jaw hanging, as he reworded it and Armey affirmed his position. It may not be practical, and certainly won't be popular, but in the final analysis it's probably the only way there will ever be peace there. It certainly isn't something you hear every day, especially coming from the House Majority Leader
